Allergen & Dietary Information

Please Note: If you have food allergies that could put you or a loved one in danger, or avoid certain foods for strong personal or religious reasons, we Generally recommend you do NOT dine w us as cross-contamination is possible.

GLUTEN:

All proteins, salsas and toppings are gluten-free. Queso dip is gluten-free incl vegan chorizo. Tamales are gluten-free. However, Wings, Tortas (sandwiches), Burritos, Quesadillas, Chicken Tenders and flour tortillas all have wheat (gluten) as an ingredient. In addition, our chips are gluten-free corn tortillas and french fries are gluten free potatoes, however, they are fried in the same oil as chicken tenders and wings, which are dipped in flour and may not be considered gluten-free after frying. Our white rice is gluten-free. Mexican rice is NOT gluten-free as it’s flash fried in the same oil. Finally, please note, all tortillas for tacos, both gluten-free corn tortillas and non-gluten-free flour tortillas are heated in the same press. Guests may request gluten-free corn tortillas be heated in our back kitchen, in an area clean from any flour remnants. Additionally, all of our desserts have flour. Please note: Cross contamination is always possible.

NUTS & TREE NUTS:

Nothing we offer contains nuts or tree nuts. Our restaurant is nut and tree nut free. We do not use peanut oil at all.

Eggs:

Three salsas have mayonnaise made w eggs:  Avocado Ranch, Cilantro Garlic and Chipotle Ranch. No other toppings or salsas or proteins contain egg. Both our corn appetizer dishes, Mexican Street Corn and Esquite (corn salad) have mayonnaise (egg). Additionally all of our desserts contain egg. Please note: Cross contamination is always possible.

Dairy:

Three salsas have dairy:  Avocado Ranch, Cilantro Garlic and Chipotle Ranch. Our queso dip, shredded cheese toppings, sour cream & horchata drink also contain dairy. Both our corn appetizer dishes, Mexican Street Corn & Esquite (corn kernel salad) have cotija cheese (dairy). Additionally, all of our desserts contain dairy. Please note: Cross contamination is always possible.

Vegan:

All of our vegetable toppings are vegan. All of our beans (black, refried and pinto beans) are vegan. Our white rice is vegan (Mexican rice is cooked in chicken stock and is not vegan). Vegan Chorizo, Tofu, Soy Sofrito and Grilled Vegetable proteins are vegan. All of our salsas except three: Chipotle Ranch, Avocado Ranch & Cilantro Garlic are vegan. Our corn and flour tortillas as well as the bread we use for tortas (sandwiches) are all vegan. We use a vegetable oil that is vegan in our fryers. Please note: chips and french fries are inherently vegan, but they are fried in same oil as chicken wings and chicken tenders and thus may not be considered vegan. Any tortillas or french fries fried in oil should not be considered vegan because of this. Additionally none of our desserts are vegan. Our Chipotle Vinaigrette salsa contains honey. Please note: Cross contamination is always possible.

Shellfish:

We offer Shrimp as a protein. Shrimp is also included in ceviche. All salsas and toppings are shellfish free. Please note: Cross contamination is always possible.

Soybeans:

Two proteins: Tofu and Vegan Chorizo each contain soybean. The rest of our toppings, proteins and products are soybean free. We also use vegetable oil exclusively. No soybean oil. Please note: Cross contamination is always possible.

MSG

We do not use MSG in any of our products, nor is it found in any of the spices we use. Our food is MSG free.

POULTRY

All of the chicken we use is white meat that can come from both the chicken breast and wing.

PORK

Our Chorizo, Puerco en Salsa Verde, Carnitas and Pastor are made of pork. Please note: Cross contamination is always possible.

Sesame

We do not use or carry any sesame products (eg sesame oil or sesame seeds) in our kitchens. None of our products contain any sesame.
